Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is also required. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email. Kindly note that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed.

Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Exchanges
The most efficient way to receive the product you desire is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Customs Clearance
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country. The release of shipments is determined solely by local customs authorities and is beyond our control.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
