Shipping Time:
Our standard shipping time is generally 8-12 business days.
Some factors affecting shipping are beyond our control, including:

Despite these uncontrollable factors, we will make every effort to keep you informed using all available information.

Shipping Cost:
All shipping costs are fully covered by the supplier. Customers will not incur any shipping fees.

Taxes and Duties:
Please note that placing an order with Lux Online Shop does not include any potential customs taxes or duties your country may impose on incoming packages. Handling these charges is the responsibility of the customer. For clarification on rates, please contact your local customs office.

Important: Lux Online Shop cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process in the destination country. The timing of package release is solely determined by customs authorities, and we have no control over this process.

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are promptly forwarded to the warehouse. If processing or shipping has already begun, cancellation will not be possible, and a product return will need to be initiated instead.
